8:30 AM – Meet and Introduction

• Receive a brief introduction to the day’s activities and workshops.

9:00 AM – Coffee-Making Class

• Start the day with a Vietnamese coffee-making workshop:

  • Learn about the origins of Vietnamese coffee and its role in daily life.

  • Try your hand at brewing a traditional cup of Vietnamese coffee using a phin filter.

  • Sample your creation alongside other coffee variations, like egg coffee.

10:30 AM – Cooking Class and Lunch
